The doctors and staff of the East Hill Animal Hospital ask that our clients cooperate in our efforts to provide our patients with excellent care while protecting the health and safety of our clients and staff. The following guidelines are currently being enforced:
- Anyone who has had a fever within the last 24 hours, symptoms of respiratory illness or have been in contact with anyone potentially exposed to Coronavirus, please do NOT enter the hospital! Please wait in your car and call our reception desk at (850) 437-9932 for instructions.
- As per CDC recommendations, we must limit the number of people in our lobby at any one time. Therefore, if your pet is stable, please wait in your car and call our reception desk at (850) 437-9932 for check-in. We will come to your car. (curbside service)
- Critical patients (those who are unresponsive, showing signs of respiratory distress, severe trauma or severe disease) must call our receptionist from the parking lot (850) 437-9932 and you will be given instructions.
